a trinocular stereo inspection microscope, illumination system, and parfocal digital imaging system. The digital imaging system and the optics of the microscope are designed to be parfocal. In other words, as you bring the image through the eyepiece into focus, the image on your PC or video screen will also come into focus simultaneously. No need to choose between using the eyepieces and the trinocular port! This feature is especially valuable for teaching demonstrations, quality-control inspections, and many other industry applications, allowing you to share clear images with your co-workers or colleagues. This microscopy system includes a trinocular 3.5X-90X zoom microscope, a 3D double-arm boom stand, a 150-Watt fiber optic ring illuminator, and a 5.0 MP high resolution parfocal USB digital camera. The camera captures 5.0 MP high resolution microscope images and displays them as full-screen live video on your computer screen. Its built-in reduction lens gives your computer screen the same field of view images as those seen through the microscope eyepieces. With the included user-friendly software, which is compatible with Windows 2000/XP/Vista/7, you can edit microscope images in the same way as you use PhotoShop. You can conduct measurements across images, record videos, share images, and save them in BMP, TIFF, JPG, PICT, PTL and other formats. You can measure lengths, angles, areas and etc. The zoom microscope is mounted on a versatile 3D double-arm boom stand that allows you to rotate the microscope head around three different axes; that is, you can point the microscope head in any direction you wish. With one pair of 30mm super widefield, high-eyepoint eyepieces (10X), and 0.5X and 2.0X Barlow lenses, this microscope offers an extremely wide zoom magnification range (26:1) and large working distance (8"). The ring illuminator includes a 35"-long metal-sheathed fiber optic cable and a 150 Watt halogen light source with intensity-adjustable controls.
